Stainless steel provides both strength and corrosion resistance. The level of this strength and resistance is directly dependant on the grade of stainless steel chosen.
Edson Hot Water chooses to use Grade2205 Duplex Stainless Steel. This
material has the highest available resistance to both pitting corrosion and
stress corrosion cracking (the most common faults in lower quality cylinders).
